By accessing SourceGrid, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.
02Platform Role
SourceGrid provides a platform to connect buyers and sellers of industrial materials. We do not participate in, nor are we a party to, any transaction between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised, nor the truth or accuracy of listings.
03Zero-Commission Model
SourceGrid does not charge commissions on transactions successfully closed between parties that met on the platform. The "zero-commission" promise applies to the core matchmaking and listing platform.
04Verification Disclaimer
While we attempt to verify GST and MSME data at signup, this verification is a point-in-time check. Users are solely responsible for performing their own due diligence before entering into any business relationship.
